Here are our terms for use. If you don't agree to this terms, then, we just can't be buds, meaning, you can't use our site !
So, if you do use our site, it means that you agree to our terms of use, which by the way, can change at any time. If our terms do change later, which they can, and probably will, then, by using this site now, it means that you agree future changes in these terms.
First of all, let's talk about copyrights. This site is copyrighted with all rights reserved by TV Stand Quest.com and Quest Stores. This means no person or entity can copy it, or any part of it, unless we give you written permission to copy it (which we won't!).
Next, trademarks. The TV Stand Quest.com. site and logo are trademarks of Quest Stores and TV Stand Quest.com. All of our manufacturers also have trademarks, which we show on our site, but which are owned by them.
On orders, please keep in mind that we make mistakes on pricing sometimes, or sometimes we get some details wrong, or any number of things that can happen that might make it impossible for us to fill the order you placed. So, we have to say, just to cover ourselves, that, we reserve the right cancel or refuse any order, for any reason. Just because you complete and order and we send you a confirmation, it does not mean that we might not have to cancel it later. We sure as heck hope not, but it does happen once in a while.
Now, we also might link out to other web sites. This could be one of our manufacturers or some cool site we found that you might be interested in. If we link out to another site and you follow that link, you are on your own. It is at your own risk. So, if some site that we link to causes you some sort of harm, you are agreeing that its not our fault and you won't see a claim against us !
We also have to talk about warranties and disclaimers, because, quite simply, we do not warranty any information on this site, period. Sounds crazy, but if the product is not the quality you expected or it is not suitable for the purpose you intended, we are not accountable for that, regardless of the information on our site about that product.
This next part is VERY IMPORTANT. It is about liability. By using this site, you agree that we are not liable for any damages of any kind to any user of this site or person or entity associated with users of this site. This means you will hold harmless Quest Stores, TV Stand Quest.com, its owners, and all associated person or entities for any claim, even if we knew about the possibility of damages, were informed about the possibility of damage, or should have known about the possibility of damages.
By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that this limitation of liability apples to all site content, all merchandise, and all services avaiable from the site and its associated entities. If you live in a state that does not allow for limitation of liabilities, then our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted in your state.
The laws of the State of Missouri shall govern these terms. TV Stand Quest.com does not represent that this site is suitable for use out site of the State of Missouri and this site may not be accessed in any location where its use is illegal.
We also have a privacy policy and it starts with the fact that Quest Stores is the owner of TV Stand Quest.com. As such, Quest Stores owns information collected on TV Stand Quest.com. This includes your personal information, addresses, phone numbers, IP address, etc., collected during your use of this site.
Now, to put you at ease, you should also know that we do not rent or sell information we collect about our customers. But, if we get a legal request to disclose information, say from the FBI or other law enforcement agency, or a court order of some kind, then will will comply with that request (we will squeal).
We also collect your IP address and we drop cookies on your computer. The IP addresses help us diagnose problems with our site, and that is how we typically use them. Cookies support our shopping cart, so, if you don't allow cookies our cart will not work on your computer.
If we decide to sell this site or our company, then, the purchasing company will become the owner of this information and their policies will apply.
